We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
Tags must still be attached (when applicable)
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For oversized items, original manufacturer packaging must be preserved for return eligibility.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, especially for larger gear or higher-value purchases, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@gogoadventureco.com with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue quickly and work with you to make it right.
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personal care products
Items marked final sale
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Products that have been used, assembled, washed, or altered after delivery
Items that have been fully assembled or used outdoors may not qualify for return.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must still be:

In original packaging
In the same condition received
Accompanied by proof of purchase
